RETURNS & REFUNDS

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping however if you need to return an item: all returns to be sent at the buyers expense & items must be received unused, unworn &/or in original condition before refund will be issued. We do not refund for change of mind & refunds will be assessed case by case. 
Please email us at admin@modestcollections.com.au before returning any items quoting your order # & the subject heading as “refund request”.
We use the best possible packaging for your order, however in the unfortunate event of your items breaking in transit you will need to contact Australia post through their delivery issue claims on their website

SHIPPING 
A 48-hour shipping policy applies to working days Monday-Friday. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday. Daily cutoff for orders is 12pm. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been posted out. These are the general expected delivery times & cannot be guaranteed. 
*local Standard post: 4-6 business days
*local express post: 1-3 business days
*international standard post 15-20 days
Please note some items may not ship internationally, if this occurs we will email you 
Once your order has been handed over to Australia post it is not longer in our control. Delays are possible and ordering too late may result in you not receiving your order on time. Please use the express option if  you require quick delivery. We advise you to order early as we are not liable for any delays

DUTIES & TAXES

Additional duties and taxes may apply at the time of delivery for any orders outside of Australia. These are dependent on your countries individual policies & fall under the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you check your governments customs website for further information  

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS

We strive to package & post your order out as soon as possible. To avoid any issues or delays please ensure you double check your order (quantity/sizing) & provide us with the correct delivery details. You are able to email us at admin@modestcollections.com.au regarding any changes however we cannot guarantee honoring these changes  

 

LOST & REFUSED PACKAGES

We are not liable for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. In this instance you will need to contact Australia post through their delivery issues claim page on  their website
